The Infant program includes a variety of activities and experiences planned with the individual child's needs, strengths and interests in mind. Your child will learn, grow and develop through activities that foster his/her social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Examples of activities include finger painting, playing with texture boards, and taking walks. Each infant has their own schedule for eating, sleeping and playing. Every week, children's musician "Tim the Music Man" visits the centre and twice a month a local librarian is a special guest.
The Centre is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays. All fees include hot meals, snacks and drinks, all facility fees, and Centre trips.
Yeri T., R.E.C.E: "I have been a registered early childhood educator with Boulton Avenue Childcare for the past ten years. I love working with the children in the infant room because it allows me the opportunity to witness first hand their amazing growth and development; they truly are my little miracles."
